This is my first time making chocolate cookies, and I was inspired by the recipe from a Nestle Toll House recipe book I had. The White Chip Chocolate Cookies recipe was simple, but the ingredients was for 5 dozen cookies! I didn’t need that much, so I cut everything in half. The cookies turned out very chocolatey…almost fudge-like. For a little kick, I added macadamia nuts to half the batch, which gave the cookies a little crunch!
